Create Channel

Creates a static deposit Channel. The Channel returns a multi-network address set the customer can pay to. Each channel deposit appears against this Channel and fires the standard layer1:payment:channel:transaction-detected / transaction-confirmed webhooks. From 1 July 2026, complianceDetails is required on every create request — see Travel Rule — Post 1 July 2026.

UUID of the wallet this channel will feed. Identical to the wallet's ID — get it from the Wallets screen in the Portal.
